Ticket Service Representatives
Part-time Position

The Minnesota Orchestra one of America’s finest and longest established orchestras, is looking for Ticket Service Representatives.

Responsibilities include ticket sales and customer service, assisting with training and mentoring of other Ticket Service Reps and assisting Ticket Services Management with tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements include basic computer (including internet) skills. Experience with custom designed computer programs is desirable. Customer service experience including using the phone, or working in a call center is a plus.

Shifts will mostly consist of a combination of the following:
Phone
Weekday 9:45AM-5:00PM
Saturday 11:45AM-5:00PM
Sunday (open 2 hours prior to performance through start time for ticketed performances)

Box Office
Monday-Friday 9:45AM-2:00PM

Performance
Weekday Morning 8:30AM-1:30PM
Weekend Matinee 11:45AM-5:00PM
Evening 5:30PM-9:30PM
